Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may request an exchange for any item purchased on abdoaoude.shop within 30 days of the delivery date.

To initiate an exchange:

• Log into your account or fill out our Return & Exchange Form [here].

• You will need your order number, which can be found in your order confirmation email.

• Our Customer Care Team will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions.

Important:

• Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.

• Items that have been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged will not be accepted and will be sent back.

Online Returns

• Please allow up to 7 business days to process your exchange or return request.

• If the new item costs less than the original, we will issue a refund and process the new item as a new order.

• If the new item costs more than the original, we will apply a new charge for the difference. Our Client Service Team will inform you of any additional charges before proceeding.

In-Boutique Returns

Prefer to return your item in person? Our Fashion Advisors will be happy to assist you at one of our boutiques.

What to bring:
✔ Your item(s) in original packaging
✔ A printed version of the airway bill
✔ Your sales invoice (received in your shipment confirmation email)

Refunds

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

To initiate a return:

• Your order number (found in your order confirmation email) will be required.

• Once your request is approved, we will notify you by email with further instructions.

Refund Processing:

• Refunds are processed within 7 business days after receiving your returned item(s).

• Funds will be issued to the original form of payment.

• It may take up to 10 working days for the refunded amount to appear on your statement.

• Shipping fees and duties are non-refundable.
